Scoring a Good Deal on a 2021 BMW X3 Is Possible Right Now

Buying a new car is a major investment, and you’ll want to make sure it’s the right car for you. This is especially true if you’re thinking of buying a sporty, luxury, high-performance luxury or even an SUV. You’ll want to make sure it’s going to be a reliable, safe, comfortable, and well-built vehicle that’s going to exceed your expectations.

At this point, you may be wondering, “X3? What’s that?”  Here’s the deal: BMW has announced they will only be offering the 7 Series, but with increased power and a new interior design. This is what I’m playing with in my little test car, below. The 15-inch BMW X3 will be available in a 3.0 liter inline six-cylinder engine that delivers 330 horsepower and a class-leading 310 pound-feet of torque. And it will be paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The base price for the X3 is $49,275. That’s a far cry from the $70,395 base price the X3 starts at. The 2021 BMW X3 will

When it comes to luxury SUVs, the BMW X3 has always been a reliable choice. How can you not like it? It is elegant, well built and suitable for everyday use, but also for a weekend of camping. But many new car buyers are now wondering if they can get a good deal on a luxury SUV like the BMW Z3, as stock is currently in short supply. Believe it or not, it is possible.

There are various equipment levels for the BMW X3 2021

word-image-12157 2021 BMW X3 | BMW For model year 2021, the BMW X3 is divided into four different trim levels: X3 sDrive30i, X3 xDrive30i, X3 xDrive30e and X3 M40i. It may sound like a confusing alphabet soup, but the basic models you need to know about are the sDrive30i (rear-wheel drive) and xDrive30i (AWD). The X3 xDrive30e is a plug-in hybrid model that can achieve a range of 17 miles in pure electric mode. And if you’re looking for performance, the X3 M40i has great potential with its turbocharged six-in-line engine, which produces 382 hp and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.4 seconds, according to BMW. However, the base models offer plenty of traction thanks to the standard 2.0-liter turbocharged engine, which produces 248 horsepower and allows the X3 to reach 100 mph in six seconds.

Select X3 sDrive30i for a better deal

Now that we know what each X3 trim level represents, we can determine how you can get the best possible option. Fortunately, Ari Janesian, an automotive broker at Boston Automotive Consulting, found the solution for us. According to Janesian, there are currently 2,079 X3 sDrive30i models at dealerships across the country. If you compare this to the 1,021 xDrive30i models, you’ll see why it’s more advantageous to opt for the rear-wheel drive version. If you want to finance the purchase of the X3, a rough Janessian deal looks like this: 2021 BMW X3 sDrive30i MSRP : 48.260 Target : 46,329 Discount : 2,500 APR (60 months) : 1.9% Final price : 43,739 Monthly payment: $791 plus taxes To give you an example: The X3 sDrive30i has a starting price of $48,260. According to Janesian, you should aim for a 4% discount on that price, which works out to $46,329. BMW is currently offering a $2,500 financing discount and a special 1.9% interest rate for up to 60 months (through June 30). If you financed the car at this interest rate and took into account rebates, your monthly payment would be about $791 plus taxes.

Leasing the BMW X3 can result in lower monthly payments

word-image-12158 2021 BMW X3 | BMW If you’re one of those buyers who don’t keep their car for long, a BMW X3 lease might be a better idea. In this case, Janessian’s example of a rental transaction looks like this: 2021 BMW X3 sDrive30i MSRP : 48.260 Target : 46,329 Discount : 1,250 Balance : 56% Money Factor : .00093 Monthly Payment: $601 (6.25% tax) Deposit : $2,351 To break down this rental example, the maximum sales price and target sales price remain the same as before. BMW currently offers a $1,250 lease discount, and the residual value after three years is 56%. There is a special money factor of 0.00093, or 2.2% per year. If you factor in 6.25% sales tax and a down payment of $2,351, the lease payment would be approximately $601 per month.

Note that your transaction may be different

If you’re considering leasing or buying a 2021 BMW X3, keep in mind that prices and actual costs may vary. The discounts listed here expire at the end of this month, so they may be different next month. As always, your taxes and registration fees also depend on where you live. So don’t be surprised if your numbers differ slightly from those listed above. APPROPRIATE: What is the difference between the BMW X1 and the BMW X3?
