Jonathan Wipfli graduated from the French Culinary Institute in New York and has traveled extensively throughout the country. He has developed an extensive culinary repertoire. After a ten-year culinary career at such acclaimed restaurants as Marlow and Sons and James Beard, and a nomination for a Bachelor Farmer Award, Wipfli transitioned to offering catering and cooking classes through his company, The Minnesota Spoon. He currently writes regularly for The Growler magazine and remains dedicated to the art of cooking with locally sourced, eco-friendly ingredients.

Colleen Eversman is a Minneapolis-based photographer who has been capturing life on camera – from people to food to destinations – since 2013. She draws much of her creative inspiration from her travels abroad, discovering new ways to manipulate light, and other artistic mediums such as poetry and film.
